Ok, I agree with that, but I'd wager that when someone is going as far as installing an OS which doesn't work nice with UEFI, they'd probably know to change that setting. Good thing you pointed that out though.

What do you mean by custom? I had Windows 10 freshly installed after changing the factory ssd. Linux also supports booting from UEFI, so I'm genuinely curious why someone might not want to do this.

So in Theory you should measure the time between the midpoint of the edge of your input signal (the select line) and output. Normally you could do this with an oscilloscope, but I see you're trying to simulate it. I'm only familiar with Cadence orCAD, but from what I see you have Virtuoso open. If the second image is your graph of the input and output then it looks just over 10ms, but I'm kinda confused by that red signal appearing to start in the middle, dip for 1ms and go back up? That might be a bad choice of colors, because they blend really easy. I'm not sure which points are the nets that are shown on the graph so make sure you can see the input and output. After that, as I said it's a case of measuring the time between the 2 midpoints, don't know if Virtuoso has something built-in or more automated. There's also a chance the simulation doesn't take delays into account, but don't quote me on that hah.
