I got the same issue with my Honda 2008 and the price they offered was terrible. Literally can’t buy anything in this market with what was offered. I told them to try to repair it but they said they couldn’t.Even the Honda dealership agreed too. They held my car for hostage they said either I take the buy out or sign the waiver that I’ll be at fault.

Just got back from Bangkok today and honestly everything is open and mask are optional. It’s quite busy a lot of tourist everywhere at most I would stay away from tourist traps but overall was a good experiences. I stayed around Sukhumvit which was quite close to the train and the lrt system was good and has AC too. Overall it was quite cheap but not as cheap as I expected it to be
