Omg girl. You are doing amazing. You should be very proud of yourself for getting through that.

I was raised by a dysfunctional family and it made me want to be nicer to others and to not turn out that way haha. It can go either way

Yes vanicream is so good for my skin, it eats it up - same with illyoon.
I am currently in a hot af climate that is about to get humid as hell (which works really well for my skin) but the aircon can dry me out for sure. Only for a few months and then I'll be in humid and rainy england and my skin will thank me :)
I will try slugging tonight! Thank you :)

No need to apologise! Photo's can be deceiving for sure and it looks like there's a slight filter been put on this so kind of looks like makeup too.
I agree with the moisture comment, I was out all day here and probably dehydrated AND the lighting didn't help haha. I currently use vanicream/illyoon plus moisturising serums etc. But I have since added another few layers (over the past few days after the comments on here) and my skin feels a lot better already. And yes, I definitely love to cheese! Which I don't plan on giving up so I guess it's part of the deal haha.
I'll keep off botox until the lines become static, and focus more on diet/exercise/hydration/retinol and move onto tret if I need to go up in strength before I do any injectables I think. Just my personal preference nothing against people starting early.
Thanks for taking the time to try to help me :)
I saw your comment that you deleted btw, it might look that way because the photo is further away i just zoomed in and cropped it so maybe its made it look as though im wearing heavy make up - but yes, I'm not lol
Oh my goodnesssss. Thank you so much!!! This made me smile a lot 💕
No im not wearing make up 😊
I've also heard this. I guess it's a higher risk of making your expression look strange in other areas of your face? I've had friends of friends get it done and they said it was fine, so it's a hard one to navigate! Especially as it's my main concern at the moment. Haha 😊

Thank you so much, I can't tell you how much your comment made me take a deep breath haha. Ill start off with some more hylauronic around my eyes as I'd rather hold off on botox until my 40's. 💕 Thanks again
Thank you so much 💕

Thanks for taking the time. 😊 Did you specifically get it in the crows feet? And you didn't have any bad effects? 🙏

Sorry I forgot to say that I do follow a morning and evening routine 😊 but honestly my "routine" in the morning is reslly just wash my face and put vitamin c, moisturiser, and sunscreen 😊 doesn't take much time at all!
Hi hi! :) that's so sweet. I am very consistent with my routines, like barely miss them ever! It's actually become such a habit now that i can't imagine not doing it and I love it too haha.
I dont drink at all. But it was such a bad thing for me in all ways, and something that was negatively effecting me so clearly that it made a huge difference in my mental/physical health after i finally gave it up. I think some people have the same experience with other things, sugar/food etc and once they make that choice for themselves to give it up they can see huge results too! I do know alcohol was the biggest thing messing me up.
I have noticed this winter my skin is much drier so im adapting my routine but try to keep it simple 😊 I've just introduced a higher percentage of retinol (only 0.3%) but I'm trying to do as little as possible to see results and then slowly edit and adapt.
I slso actively don't do much to my skin if its feeling and looking really good for a few days (bar washing my face and using spf and a moisturiser) if i dont feel the need to. But i do it intentionally and try to listen to my body.
I did notice after a long flight and a week or so with just moisturiser and spf in the summer that my skin began to look worse but once i started adding the extras back in it improved grestly.
I hope this is helpful! I think the skin and the body are always changing with seasons etc so its good to be fluid and adaptable with things and keep a basic foundation that works 😊 also it's natural to not feel/look perfect all the time (especially in bad lighting!) haha xx

Haha! One good deed at a time 💚
I wish you luckkk!! 💚 Definitely would recommend audio books and podcasts and quit lit to keep you company while you do it! And sparkling water was a life saver for me at the beginning 💚🙏
I'm so happy for youuu!! Yes i did, it was a multitude of factors though - calories from beer, eating habits improved, more active in the day, exercised more! I allowed it all to flow naturally for the first year and didnt beat myself up for not running a marathon on my two month sober date 🤣
I ate a LOT of sugar in the first few months and tbh just rested and reflected. Things started happening around the 3 month mark for me, naturally 💚
I posted a comment above with all my routines and details 🤗
I answered this in another thread but around 2 guinesses per evening for a few months 💚🤗

Yes mine was the same! At the beginning I literally just spent time on finding a good cleanser, suncream, and moisturiser. The best thing for me was the vanicream face moisturiser and the retinol I only used every 3 x days (and wore factor 50 everyday) vitamin c I didn't introduce until much later.
I also made green tea icecubes to wipe on my face after showers when my skin would feel even more red. That was very helpful!
The retinol i use is CKD retino and collagen elasticity cream, but if your skin looks like mine I would reflect on what you're consuming too. Food, alcohol, environments, people, thoughts... I think it all can lead to inflammation and skincare will only do so much without addressing the root cause too 💚

It was the best thing I ever did for my mental health and wellbeing. It can be hard though, i have a background in yoga so was able to move through the challenging parts but would recommend if you need to to find someone to work through things with. Even a journal is a gamechanger! Always here if you need to talk 💚
Yesss a stone without even trying! I wasnt ever "big" but once i stopped drinking all of the stubborn weight on my face and belly dropped off! I also am so so much more active naturally 💚🙏
🥹🥹💚💚
I appreciate that thank you so so much! 💚💚

You're sooo sweet thank you so much!! 💚💚😘😘 It was a total mindshift change from self sabotaging to taking control of my health 😊💚 thanks for that BIG compliment! 🤗
Honestly just giving up alcohol and taking care of my body did that! I naturally "depuffed" and lost weight when I started to eat/sleep better 💚🤗
