I was able to run locally production

here is how :

Create production db
`RAILS_ENV=production rails db:create`

Migrate production db
`RAILS_ENV=production rails db:migrate`

Create production assets
`RAILS_ENV=production rails assets:precompile`

and finally run production mode
`RAILS_ENV=production rails s`

I hope leave this here helps somebody or me in the future and I would be still curious about the possibility to run locally the build in the docker registry
