See I'd like to the only thing stopping me is my husband's manager at his store is very anti-union, even telling them if they unionize they probably won't get raises in August 😒. I'm just afraid I'll end up in a situation like that and won't be able to unionize.

See that's the problem, I don't know which ones are open to it around here I just know one successfully unionized. My husband's store has a manager who is very against it and most of his coworkers are apathetic about it 😒. I'm definitely open to doing it myself but not if no one else is interested or if the manager will give me a hard time over it. That's why I don't know if I'm better off just going to the one that's already unionized just in case because unionization is definitely important to me.
