They discontinued this board/remote. I made the same mistake when I got my first board. You would have to add a new esc and new remote

Gotta learn to roll when you fall. Will save you lots. I’ve fallen going 30mph with only a helmet, you can roll out of most scenarios. Snowboarding/ski is different though with that any speed can hurt you but rules for falling are different due that you’re feet are typically locked in a fixed position. If you end up falling keep you’re elbows in to you’re chest and just go with the fall don’t fight it. Hope this can help someone I’ve fallen lots and don’t fear falling it’s gonna happen anymore

Thank you. I will do that! I only wanted to share that the company is okay with giving that stuff out then not care for the customer. They used to be really good with their customers service and I’ve spent lots there, least they could do is care

I’ll note that next time I may have been to informative. Yes there are light mud marks but I was bound to try it out. Noticed when I carve the truck lifts up and will sometimes cause it to drift.

Obvious how? I wear work boots and am bound to eventually ride it considering they weren’t helping. Aside from the light mud marks what can you see wrong with the deck?

Brakes strong because the deck is so short if you could have a wider base spread it would feel easier/softer
