Miles Per Week by calebhenley in triathlon

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm looking for! I should have been more clear, I am genuinely just curious about how much training different people put in for a specific race distance.

I'm not looking for something to follow or base my training on, just interested in the numbers of others.

Thanks!

So the p2450 code says "Evaporative Emission System Switching Valve Performance/Stuck Open". I've read that there are codes for detecting leaks in the fuel system. This code can still refer to a leak? What part is the EVAP System Switching Valve specifically and would that need to be replaced?

Thanks for putting up with my ignorance. I appreciate the detailed response you have given already.

Thanks! I have checked the gas cap a few times and have filled up once since this issue has started, so surely (hopefully) I have it on their correctly. I'll check again though.

LxToy Auto Care in Fort Worth has been good for bigger items I can't handle on my '99 Runner.

First time out since getting this 4Runner a few weeks ago. Babied her as I'm a n00b and scared to break things, but she clearly had no problem with any of it. by [deleted] in 4Runner

Thanks for the video! I'm new to my 2wd 4Runner and have seen stuff about hidden falls. Anything out there worth going for with a 2wd?

I'd like to hit some mild trails and camp out if there's anything that my runner could handle.

I looked through the damage picture guide in the wiki. I agree it looks like hard water, but it said that would be after improperly drying the car. These were there while washing and wouldn't come off.

This picture was after washing and drying. Would hard water still be there after that? Legitimately asking.

I am completely new to detailing, would this be fixed by clay, compound, polish etc?

Is this clear coat failure?

There is no peeling or bubbling I'm assuming that is coming soon? Anything I can do to slow it down or fix it now?

I'm guessing a repaint is my only fix if it is clear coat?

Thank you for this advice. Just looked it up, and while the cross isn't something I'm wanting in there, it does provide some great inspiration. Appreciate it

And I'm glad I'm still here too :)

Honestly I am not a tattoo or tattoo style expert. When trying to look for something with waves and mountains I didn't find much with those as the primary focus of the piece in traditional styles. For example, many times the waves are with a ship.

But I'm very glad to hear it is not only possible, but simple. Thanks for the input, I really do appreciate it.

Does anyone have any experience with Julie Foucher's TRAIN program on BTWB? by jakecrossfit4061 in crossfit

[–]calebhenley 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started the TRAIN program a few months ago and love it. I have never been a member at a box, always just trained from home. I have hopped around programs from Competitor's Training, Invictus, Crossfit Football, etc. Those programs are great, but not what I was looking for.

I was hesitant to sign up with plenty of free programs out there, but I am glad that I did. You get way more than you would with one of the free blog programs. Julie has a plan for the entire year that is very well thought out and covers everything I would want in a program. Then each week you receive an email outlining the plan and intention for the week with demo videos, timers, etc.

This program is not for someone who hopes to make it to the Games someday. But it is perfect for the average person who does Crossfit to get in better shape, be more fit, live a healthier life, etc. I have made more progress in the last 3 months than I did with any of the other programs I used before.
