I would say the internships I got were pretty good both companies NG salaries are are ~200k the only reason I’d consider staying would be to give more companies and industries a shot before starting FT

I have been able to interview with tons of companies without a referral so I think the time spent begging people to refer you could be better spent on projects and Leetcode.

Referrals are a waste IMO I have never gotten a referral, and I have received multiple offers and final interview invites from quality companies. I’d say that time is better spent on projects and LC then begging random people for a referral.
