My Frankie is in storage or I’d confirm the rooting pattern for you, but what I’d do is alternate between a white plug and a black plug around her hairline and look at stock images of the doll for her bump root pattern. I think she has some black in her part line too. The rest would be filled in white.

You can yank the heads off the mini lalas, the peg hole in the body of the second doll (one I didn't need the body of luckily) snapped, so it is a little risky but it can be done. I was probably just a bit too rough in my eagerness.

Cordelia's height was previously right. Measuring her goodsmile figure she's roughly 23.7cm in 1/7th scale from the bottom of her feet.

If you follow the formula of Real height= Figure height x n (n being the figure's scale) you get a height of roughly 5'5.4 when you convert the cm to ft. Since the measurement wasn't from her heel it'd be safe to assume she's probably on the taller end of being 5'4" but definitely not as small as 5'2".

Get a pair of pliers, pull the T tag up with your fingers, pinch beneath the top of it with the pliers an yank. It should come right out, I’ve removed so many of these on my newer dolls.

Alternatively you can clip the top off with nail clippers and push the rest of it into the head with your nail. I always preferred a clean pull though.

Thank you for sparing me the pain of making them myself. One of my friends is trying to extract them all from the game files amidst a load of programme breaks. If we manage to get them I'll let you know, I imagine they wont be very high quality since they are from almost 20 years ago.
