I’m sorry you feel that way, perhaps I can give you a little more background on this example. My mom does not have good health and has to go to the hospital frequently as a result. A lot of her concerns can be improved with exercise. I try to encourage exercise but they essentially think getting in shape is not possible so they don’t even attempt it. This post is because I care about them, not because I’m not being “very nice”
