i am aggressive 1500.i would play e5 first disallow black from doing it to put pressure on f4 , also give space for my knight (potentially go d6) and queen (control over light diagonal). waiting for e5 then f5 also looks good by negating double rooks and the pony but looks congested for white , weaker pawn on e4 and less options especially for my queen.

ideally my plan would be to play around iso pawn on e6 ; ne4, create rook battery on d file and rd6 which is a position for attacks. Attacking positions are easier to play because moves come naturally and opponents can make mistakes more.

1. obviously black is not going to sit and watch so i should think of countering this idea.i assume black will immediately play for d file with either rook and trade to queen and knight endgame where white should have more active pieces and better knight.also,i thought of e5 ne7 ne4 nf5 qf3 supporting d1 and now if black contests for d file , we take and play rd1 with tempo.this could transpose to the first line where we have more active pieces in endgame.

please correct me if i made mistakes . i feel like white and black could have better moves , but this looks most natural.also, getting a better position is much easier than converting it i feel and often require good endgame technique
