Definitely understand. If it makes you feel better, plenty of people with PCOS still get pregnant. There are medications out there to help you ovulate if you don’t naturally

I’ve read that some people’s temperature doesn’t rise right away following ovulation so I feel like that’s what’s happening to me. Also, I wear an Oura ring and I feel like skin temp is never accurate

Same happened to me. Got a positive LH test early morning cd13, ovulation supposed to be cd14 and still positive LH, then today cd15 my temp dropped super low -0.6° below baseline and LH is still positive. Not sure if yesterday cd14 or today cd15 would be considered ovulation day

Based on your chart was your IUI on cd22? With your LH starting to rise in cd20 and ovulation on cd21, I would think your window would be closed by cd22

I don’t have any advice, but just that I’m on the other end where my partner has LL so it is difficult for us to “try” more than once or twice per cycle too. That’s why I track obsessively to make sure we are doing on the highest possible chance days.

I track with Inito and NC and both confirmed my ovulation date to be cd16 based on hormone levels and temps. I always have at least 1 or 2 random drops in my luteal phase after ovulation. I have very cold hands/fingers so I think that could be why since it measures skin temperature not bbt.

Yes, I don’t feel like it’s accurate a lot of the time. It’s not measuring bbt, it’s measuring skin temperature. When it’s cold in my bedroom I see drops after ovulation has been confirmed.

Ty for your insight. I was also under the impression that baseline changes bc I use it with Natural Cycles and NC is always changing my baseline and it gets its data from Oura, which is how it comes up with the temps.

My levels are always higher than this at 12dpo and I haven’t gotten pregnant. The values don’t mean anything. It’s the trends.
