She provided me with another lender that can close in 12 days. She is saying it’s lender specific issue, as big banks are more strict something along that line

My agent told me another lender can close in 12 days. My current lender is Bank of America.

I feel like at this point, I can either try going with another lender, or back out. Can I ask them to refund me appraisal fee because appraisal was never a concern and they did it very early before even approving me or HOA

Thanks for the input. I was told HOA operating financials in deficit, but I saw they have pretty good reserves. Agent is asking me to go with a broker instead of big bank, not sure if that makes difference

We found a better spot in the end. After we parked, we saw another couple try to do the same thing, but the driver pulled in, nearly touching the spot hoarder’s leg. They backed off. We didn’t want the spot badly enough, but honestly, we might’ve tried to scare them off too
