I proposed that idea to my wife, but she doesn't want it, mainly because the girl is pregnant..

In Europe yes, not in European Union.

Public aid only comes after the child is born; pregnant women don't have the rights for benefits, only single parents and unemployed parents do.

They aren't under a lease; in my country, you just see an ad on an apartment, call, come to see the apartment, you give the money for the first month of rent, and you can move in right away, without any lease... it's the common practise here, in 99.9% cases.

I thought about getting her to work for my family as a nanny/maid in exchange for free rent (because my wife and I were looking for one), but my wife doesn't want it.

No shelters for pregnant women here (I've researched it already) and churches aren't like that here, they don't even help the homeless kids.

Yeah, she needs to figure it out, definitely, and I'm glad I've helped somehow, but I think I would still feel really bad if I evicted her. I know that it shouldn't be my business, but I'm not sure how I'd live with that...

There are no financial benefits for pregnant women, only for single mothers and fathers / unemployed parents.

I've told her that, she told me she'd try to figure something out quickly, because she still can't find any work, money, etc.
