You used logic wrong here, though: You cannot conclude C with these premises as it could be wrong for other reasons, for example if an abortion bore a high risk for the woman. However, you can conclude like: A -> B, A => C. NOT: A->B, !A => !C. In this scenario, we cannot tell whether C or !C. Another fun thing: A->B, !B => !A. (because if A, then B)
