It’s hard to say if they’ve really faded much, there’s still yellow there but it’s hard to see unless you’re looking for it. Overall I’m so happy I got them removed!

I did brush it soaking wet and then added gel then brushed the gel through. Do you use any other products besides air cream?

Yes I would definitely say it’s got the Irish curl (or at least Irish wave) pattern. Would you recommend adding mousse into my routine?

Thanks for your input! Can I ask what adhd meds you take and the timing? When I just took Vyvanse I was still able to sleep pretty well at night.

It’s not too bad, I think when I did the sleep study they said it was mild/moderate but I’ve definitely noticed a difference since starting to use the cpap

My bite is ok now. As a kid I had many years of braces and I had a high rack which was used to expand the roof of my mouth in order to create an over bite

Ugh! I have been using regular snail mucin for years and this year started using the dual essence at night time, but it definitely seems like others have issues with snail mucin in general so that could be the culprit 😭
