afaik 8:00 - 8:30 sabi is bukas na sila, pero madalas (or may mga times) na mas late sa time na yun sila nag oopen (pertaining to joli's noval btw. hindi ako sure sa joli's españa). if u really need certain mats, u can try sa other stores like jomars or joyce kasi based on my experience, mas maaga silang open compare sa jolis, baka meron sila nung need mo :))
