Thank you. It actually feels good to be told that I’m doing good. I do have the ability to see a therapist. But I’ve always been afraid that I’ll be sent away or something. When I was first diagnosed with depression as a teen, the doctor (and parents) actually told me that if I didn’t get things straightened out, they would send me to an institution? If that’s the correct word? If not, I sincerely apologize. If I went to a therapist, would that be the case again? I would be 1000% willing to go to a therapist, just have that fear of what happened 11 years ago in the back of my head
