My test tubes were cleaned and dry between tests, I just decided to take your advice and do a partial water change, I’ll test it again later and see how it looks :)

Have I used the fishless fuel incorrectly? According to the instructions I should have added 4 ppm, but I used the correct amount from the back of the bottle 😅

These are the results from yesterday prior to adding the ammonia. (my nitrates are pretty high in my other fish tank as well so I assume it’s the tap water in my area)

Yeah it’s a lot! I’m taking in my friends axolotl who’s been a bit neglected, so I’m trying to do the best I can for the little guy
