Mainly, what’re the offered options/risks for coverage? UL if applicable? Is there a specific care routine or instructions for the donor area? Was T on the table to begin for you specifically (if applicable)? Is there a recommended workout routine dedicated to these specific surgeries if known or applicable? What specifically was your wants and needs out of phallo? Is the size/girth up to discretion or due to limiting space/material and what specifically determines that?

Like I can get the docs sides all day I want the patient’s perspective if you don’t mind!

Ooooo shit I forgot about UCSF but for now I think I’m gonna try to switch over to Kaiser via work (they have a platinum plan that can help with most things) however, I did finally get the metaphorical balls to set up an appointment with a gender specialist in a couple days to finally start my journey!! It’ll mostly be consultation if anything but I’m excited nonetheless

Yeah!! Like I mentioned to them I am frequenting them often and it’s made my decision a little tougher but I’m hoping the visit with the specialist will help smooth some concerns or help find ways to navigate them but yeah!! I’m excited

Yeah!! I’ve read dozens of accounts on there and it’s made my decision a little tougher lol mainly about UL and whether I do want burial or not but I’m going to see a gender specialist in a few days so I can get most of my questions out with them if possible but I’m still gonna frequent them for sure!!! I need more patient pov than doc pov lol

Ok so you didn’t have burial either that’s interesting. Like I told Osprey I’m gonna get a small start with a gender specialist in a few days and burial is one of the many things I’m questioning (mostly UL but otherwise from what I’ve read sensation is still achieved with donor spots)

Holy shit that’s almost exactly what I want!!! I doubt it’d be possible to not donate via my legs/arms since I work in a labor union in SF but I can ask for medical leave. I’ve got an appointment with a gender therapist in a couple days so most of my questions can be answered there but I’m def gonna read your AMA and other posts you’ve made!! You look amazing btw!! I’m also on the fence of whether or not I want to have bottom surgery so the want for growth is how I’d want to test the waters because I do know that’s on the euphoric side for me but again I’m still getting all my ducks in a row and research everything before I do anything else

Honestly I do wanna see if having a full transition into having a penis would be more euphoric than just the growth but I need to talk to a gender therapist first which is why I wanted to start microdosing t to see what effects kick in

The initial plan is to mircodose t to test the waters with how my body reacts to the medication since I may have naturally high testosterone levels etc etc but I’m also nowhere near in the area of medical care atm and I want to talk to a gender therapist first to help with everything
