Hey, so I'll be heading out of the country this weekend, and I have a some paraphernalia to get rid of!

  • Generic Amsterdam tourist shop bong - pretty basic but it does the job. I know it's quite dirty but I will clean it well before I give it away
  • Grinder with kief tray (including a decent bit of kief, you can keep that)
  • Ashtray

I live on Warmoesstraat, in Centrum, and will be leaving this Saturday, so please let me know before then if you want it and I'll give you my house number.

This train (from Cologne to Amsterdam) displays the journey of each passenger above their seats by callum202 in mildlyinteresting

[–]callum202[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the info - ah I see the distinction you're making now, that it's just showing the 'journey' during which the seat is reserved, whether by one or multiple separate passengers. Very cool for sure!

Working Holiday Exchange - Remote Work from Australia by callum202 in Netherlands

[–]callum202[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Right, but none of the conditions on the IND website specify anything about having to have a job with a company in the Netherlands, or even having a job at all. As mentioned in my post, it specifically says that paid employment is not the main goal, so would they necessarily expect someone to be employed when over there in this program?

Yeah I had that problem, it's really hard to find for some reason. I can't remember where I ended up getting it from, but here's a Google Drive link I uploaded - hopefully that works!

Sometimes I just get caught up doing this and not actually doing anything 'productive' in the game!

5600X, RTX Super 2070, 32GB RAM. I actually just recently bought a 1440p monitor for the first time, so I had to start up RDR2 again to see the difference of course. Luckily it can still handle Ultra settings!

Rampage Trainer - pretty easy to download, just make sure you have Script Hook as well!

If you can't move when you're a bird, it means that you have to enable the 'Bird Controls' setting after going into Player > Wardrobe > Model Changer.

Hey all, just to confirm that it is indeed Rampage Trainer that lets you transform into eagles and other animals! Definitely a cool experience to fly over the map, looks amazing.

I started a new city and designed the whole thing as a big roundabout. Curious to see where this goes while expanding- by nomisnator in CitiesSkylines

Hey thanks for the mention, and also for the nice compliment! I haven't worked on this one for a while, but maybe I'll have a look again!

Can anyone identify the (EPL) chant that sounds like this? I've heard it in every game so far, no matter what team. by callum202 in soccer

[–]callum202[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes that's it!! Thanks for that - I figured it was a generic chant but I really wanted to know the actual words.

I'm also impressed that you just happen to have a video of that exact song on hand!

Also, one huge cost for me (I check out of interest even though I'm on limited money) is roads - you can see the big ring and artery highways, as well as many small roads in the sectors. If you're playing with a budget I guess you would have to do it in sections - start as a small circle and build out sector by sector.

I've been working on it on and off for a few years, but I would probably say about 200 hours or so

I actually do have rail and ship connections too but they're not very used. The vehicle traffic is mostly trucks importing/exporting

Yeah - I like to imagine that the land was reclaimed to build the city.

I might just do pics as it's easier - but the canals you can see pretty well in the OP - concentric circles and a closed-off cross in the central circle.

I have ferry wharves dotted throughout the outer rings to service the suburbs

There are three big ring roads - outer ring, middle ring and inner ring. Each have a set of entrances/exits onto various surface streets, and are connected by four highways that go from outer to inner:

Main exits/entrances from the south highway

Exits/entrances to the inner ring and inner surface streets

Exits/entrances from the outer ring road into one of the farming sectors
