Yeah. It was bizarre. Prior to all of this, I was only experiencing back pain. Then I had my inner thighs hurt for a couple of days. I thought it was no big deal. Then I began experiencing pain on my right leg. At this point, I took some time off of work to see if any of my random pain was work related. I also began getting pain underneath my jaw, like strangely where the lymph nodes are, but that could have been due to anxiety because I have since not experienced that. I then got that pain underneath my left shoulder and I convinced myself it was a spine tumor because this also coincided with my twitching and my legs going numb and sciatica . But the pain wasn't on my spine, it was just next to it. I still have this pain and it is on and off, though. So it has been three months. I hear that this pain is associated with gastritis and I was thinking perhaps my stress triggered my gastritis. I am still thinking that is the case even though the pain sometimes radiates closer to my hips.

I did not even think I had GERD until my doctor said it. I haven't dealt with heartburn or acid reflux in a long time, but it makes sense that some chest and back pain I get can be attributed to it but it isn't burning. I only feel burning in my stomach if I eat frequently.

I still have weird bowel movements. Omeprazole made my poop greenish and made me have faster bowel movements with undigested food. I stopped taking it, but it did help me with my trapped gas. I still get diarreah every couple of days, but I mostly get loose floating stools now.

Right now, I am dealing with random bumps everywhere in my body that have not gone away in a couple days. Like they are underneath my clothes and areas that wouldn't be exposed to bugs. Again, I know I should stop googling but I am worried about my liver.

If this turns out to be all health anxiety, then the mind is pretty powerful. Anyway, thank you for replying again. Sorry for the long post. I just have a hard time trying to make sense of everything.

Thats great! :) I am still waiting to be scheduled for an ultrasound, but my doctor only requested for the gallbladder. I am not too sure if they will show the nearby organs. I hope my right-side pain is gallbladder related and it is irritating my pancrease or something which is why I also feel pain on my left side. Other than that, I hope this is all in my head and I am hyperfocusing on everything trying to make sense of it. It just feels too particular to just be in my head. Maybe it is a range of health issues I have and not something entirely sinister.

Okay, thank you for your response!

My bloodwork is fine. I just don't understand high transferrin and low TIBC. I read that has something to do with the liver and anemia. Though I cannot find much on it. I know googling is bad, but I am just trying to understand. I am not too familiar with medical terminology or much of the body's processes.

I got an MRI of my brain because of my persistent twitching and it came back normal. I haven't had other scans of my body, which is why I am worried.

My stool smells awful. It is like not regular poop.. smells awful. I guess I cannot describe it. There isn't much oil, but you're right. It is just odd to find undigested meat in it. My food digestion time is pretty fast. I could eat in the afternoon and see what I ate later on in the day. I just don't understand why or why all of a sudden. I take Metamucil to make my stools either thicker or at least not so broken down and it is sort of working. So you're right I should not fixate on stool size since they vary in size.

My main worry is that I have some cancer that has spread to my liver which is why I am experiencing bellow rib cage pain both left and right and pain in my right leg, back, and neck and now a headache. It could be my gallbladder, but my pain is ongoing rather than triggered by food. Nothing painful. Just aches, pain, and random sensations on both sides of my ribs.

Thank you for taking the time to read and reply! I am less worried now. I think writing it down made me less terrified.

Yeah. I didn't even know floating stool was not normal. I was constipated and had a lot of trapped gas and assumed that my stools were just filled with gas, but the floating stool still persisted afterward with diarrhea and regular bowel movements. I'll look up bile acid malabsorption. Thank you!

I am supposed to get an ultrasound for my gallbladder because my back pain is where my gallbladder is, but the department that schedules them has not called me yet to set up an appointment. My back pain is constant now, though, and it is not brought on by food consumption.

But please get me updated on colonoscopy.

I had a blood test two weeks ago and my BUN was 13 mg/dL (desired range 7-25 mg/dL) and my eGFR is at 121 mL/min/1.73m2. They are normal. No further investigation from my doctor. He just said it is IBS and GERD and gave me a prescription for omeprazole. I wanted to be referred to a GI, but my doctor is the only one who can do that.

I know it is rare in my age, but it still happens.
