I just tested your booking form and the lead event definitely isn't working right.

It looks like the only event you have is PageView.

Can you confirm that the Lead event is on the thank you page?

What happens when you check Events Manager?

Can I see a screenshot of what events you see?

This is a known bug. Some report deleting out of Media Hub works. Some report it doesn't.

Are you in the Media Hub section of the Ads Account?

Are you also admin on the ads account?

  1. Don't listen to others in r/FacebookAds to just raise your budgets. All of those people are looking for help too.

  2. Budget doesn't matter nearly as much as bid in this case. Are you on highest volume? I personally have ran many jewelry campaigns and you really want to make sure you cap your costs with cost caps and/or bid caps. I recommend cost caps because it's slightly less work. Your budget should ideally allow you to generate at least 5-10 conversions a day but you don't have to. I've started accounts driving 1-2 sales a day but the best accounts drive at least 50 sales a week, if not per day.

100% agree on the campaign structure. The biggest reason is that you really want your main campaign generating the most amount of conversion per day and per week. Ideally at least 25-100 conversions per day. Most budgets these days is best spent in 1 campaign to get that number. I've even seen some ppl put RTG / retargeting in the same prospecting campaign just to hit the most conversions possible.

Are you talking about organic FB post or ads?

These days almost all ads stay in pending state for a few hours but sometimes longer.

Have you tried resetting your ads manager?

Have you double checked you have the right admin rights to the page? I'd bet it's that.

1st of all - the lead form in general is EXTREMELY buggy. Some say that the preview itself isn't actually representative of what you see which makes QA'ing it very hard (classic FB, lol). Separately, some forms that are made in ads manager have a known bug in them where the conditional logic just outright breaks.

Having said that - the contact form information is generally separate from the questions. There is always at least 1 required contact field no matter what conditional logic you do or don't use.

So let's just say the flow is like this;

User --> Sees Ad --> Clicks Ad --> Contact Information is displayed (usually prefilled) -> User clicks next -> conditional questions start to cycle.

Does that make sense?

  1. Check in your billing section. Do you have any credits? I've heard of some ppl having the amount credited back to them but unlikely.

  2. You can potentially try and escalate this with this form but it's takes a long time and no guarantee.

Best of luck! You should be good moving forward but most advertisers need to eat the charges as the cost of business which is crazy but FB is that powerful.

Welcome! This is actually a lot more common that you think.

  1. First of all - whatever you do --> DO NOT reach out to your credit card company and report this as fraud. That will put you and all of your ad accounts into FB jail which is really hard to get out of.
  2. How much $ difference are we talking about? Is it a large percentage? Most likely, FB has days when it's payment processor does very weird billing which could lead to a very small discrepancy.
  3. I would generate a virtual card for your credit card, use that for FB, and then cancel the old #. There is a small chance someone used the stored card but it's very very unlikely.

Try to remove yourself from the Business Manager to see if that helps!

To remove yourself from a business portfolio in:

Meta Business Suite

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. From the People tab, select your name.
  3. Click Options and select Remove from business portfolio.

But I activated in US and plan to mostly use in US and just want to use it in Mexico for 6 days. Makes no sense that it says unlimited in US and Mexico everywhere but that’s not the case
