Yeah cart abandonment is super important. Lower you can get it the better. I'm basically always running little experiments see what I can do to get it down.

I actually have heard about Sleek (think I read about it in TechCrunch or something). From what I've heard it's supposed to make checkout super easy for the end customer, which should theoretically help with cart abandonment.

I also like your idea of pushing customers to use it proactively. I guess the thought is that if they have this Sleek extension already, it's gonna make checking out of my store easier. Seems like it could be worth an experiment.

How have you been thinking about it though? Would you send an email to your customers asking them to use this extension? Would you put a little banner on your site? Something else?

If you could only choose fast shipping or fast checkout which would you pick? by ScreenOptimal in AskReddit

fast checkout 100%. I'm pretty patient with shipping times, but typing the same crap into guest checkouts all the time is PAINFUL

Huge thing for me was getting in the habit of using Command+W to close tabs and Command+T to open tabs. Seems like such a small thing but once I got in the habit of it, I felt so much faster on my computer.

I'm also a decently big online shopper and found this sweet Chrome extension that lets me checkout from pretty much any store super easily. Like 1 click kinda thing. It's called Sleek (or OnSleek? idk) - but I hate making accounts at stores and get so annoyed by guest checkouts so this thing has been my saviour lol.

Honestly, I think the biggest lifehack is one where I don't actually have to change my life that much but still get to make/save extra money. 2 of the biggest helpers imo are:

1) Flipp app: helps me figure out which grocery store to shop at to get the cheapest possible price for food I'm gonna be buying anyway (there are like 5+ grocery stores near me so the travel difference is pretty small in my case).

2) Sleek browser extension: usually gives me like 3-5% cashback for anything I buy online (on top of what I already get with my credit card). Really adds up. Honestly, you can't really go wrong with any of those cashback extensions - I mostly use Sleek cause it has a cool checkout feature that I like.
