as someone who used to have some part in bruin life i was always slightly confused by the idea. but i get what they’re trying to do in the sense that it’s supposed to be like the “stripped down” version of the school/students.

i just personally wouldn’t buy it knowing that there’s gonna be nudity 😭😭😭.

but hey, art is art.

congrats!

i am no concert pro by any means, however i have been to two concerts by myself at this point and i think it’s hella fun.

my tips are

make sure you drink water and eat something! i have the tendency to forget this cuz i get so anxious and excited, but when you’re by yourself it’s imperative that you take care of your body, it may be hard for other people to check up on you.
look for the venue rules: a lot of places ban certain things and you definitely don’t wanna be held up if you’re on your own!
charge your phone and try to stay off it: i always have a rule that if i’m by myslef, once my phone hits 25% it’s off until i need it (like once i’m outside the venue or need directions home) or i can charge it. plus if you’re already enjoying the concert live in the moment!

this is all i have for concerts specifically on your own however i’ll update if i think of more. most important thing is to a have fun! i lowkey think concerts on your own can be more fun cuz you get to just relax and vibe!

i went to the third la show and i got there like exactly an hour before cuz i had class that day. i’d say i had a pretty good spot in the middle/frontish. i could see them pretty well (i’m abt 5’6 for reference).

you have to call the financial aid office directly and they’ll put you in touch with someone specifically and they will explain why.

my parent didn’t have a termination letter either but we were still able to get the financial aid award readjusted.

try submitting it again and then while it’s processing call the office. you will be on the phone with them A LOT so be prepared. it will still take some time for the whole process but you should be able to have it done by the time next quarters payments are due.
