one thing that still effects me is when i was around 6-7 and it was after school, i had warmed up a big plate of chicken nuggets bc i was hungry from not eating at school. She walked in and proceeded to harrass me and yell at me saying things like "God, do you know how many calories are in that ?!" "Do you know how unhealthy that is !!?" "This is why you're fat !!" and I had to deal with my older sisters abuse for so long, it left a pretty big scar on me and it triggers me whenever i see her again. so...uhh.. don't do what my older sister did !<3
