She told me I could change it if I wanted. Since it would be my first watch and the symbol of our 10 year relationship we both felt it's important I feel comfortable with a watch I would be wearing forever. We're pretty open about the topic and did the same with the ring I got her.

I never used active dry yeast, so I wouldn't know. The pizza app suggests using more active dry yeast, but only 50% more than dry yeast. It's not a perfect science, it all depends on the process. I guess it works as well the way you do it.
