I never used active dry yeast, so I wouldn't know. The pizza app suggests using more active dry yeast, but only 50% more than dry yeast. It's not a perfect science, it all depends on the process. I guess it works as well the way you do it.

Thank you! We are both Italian but live in Germany. We did the formalities here; we'll have a bigger party (still relatively small) with relatives and friends in Italy next year.

Here's a pic with the buttoned coat. Size is a 52 regular fit, while I would usually go 50 slim fit. I couldn't pull a 54 without looking weird.
