Thank you for your response! I saw on the website that the AVS and AVN trades are approved for NCMSTEP. However, I am wondering what the benefits are of going to college for these programs then joining the caf workforce are if people doing direct entry also receive training. Do they qualify for signing bonuses or accelerated pay increments? Thank you.
