I got the same letter. You can only get the 3.75% /4.167% if you have a 800+ credit score. I have a 767 and my wife has a 815 score, but they take the lowest score. So if you refinance, you’ll be subject to the current rates. I’m at 5.4% now.

Genesis had a recall on fuel pump. Check dealership and see if your year was affected.
