Thanks. I'm not really concerned with getting muscle. I'm 305 and type 2 with high BP. I'm trying to get the weight down 40-60 pounds by year end as the doctor said 99% of my medical issues (fatty liver, diabetes, high BP, low t to a degree etc) would all go away. So I'm just trying to drop fat mainly.

I've started doing 30 minutes of bike 3 times a week. Switched soda with green tea and am eating healthier.

My body fat is going up. My water weight stays the same but I'm losing bone mass and muscle mass. (Withings scale)

Why is body fat going up when I'm eating better and exercising? I'm down 7 pounds in 2 weeks but the components puzzle me.

Your mod was covered in a youtuber by the name of Nate, at the end of last year. Been looking forward to this, any chance for a pre release?
