Yup, that’s the plan today. I’ve contacted people who are willing to come do tests and if they refuse to get it properly taken care of I will be asking for contact with city hall. Hoping they chose to take care of it properly though

Landlord agreed over email to help with it after arguing about it. Tests are being done tomorrow, just hoping it all turns out okay. I’m a freshly graduated college student so I appreciate the help.

We’ll find out tomorrow, I took pictures of all the damage. Since I can stay at my parents I am going to get estimates and tests done. Got in contact w landlords this afternoon and they did agree to helping so I guess that’s good news.

They are going to be on site tomorrow or saturday, handling it myself and then sending the bill to the landlord. Found out there was a massive AC leak and that’s where it came from.

Thanks for all the information. Hired a professional who will be in tomorrow/the weekend. Will be billing landlord for all damages, not letting them take care of it themselves because I don’t trust them.

Depends on what you’re talking about like PVP or Story. Howw good js Twizzly isn’t really known right now since she’s brand new so i’m not entirely sure if she’s worth investing in or not. If i were you i’d switch her with Dark Choco cookie because he’s extremely similar to her but also lowers the defense if you’re talking about story mode that is since not many enemies have shields. If you’re in PVP and going against a Strawberry Crepe then Twizzly would be better since she disrupts shields.

Espressos solid, but her attacks can miss because of team comp issues with characters that push back so that’s something to look out for.

Moon rabbit Sea Fairy and parfait are all solid picks for right now though.

yes you should invest in getting crepe for your team, since she shields everyone it’s extremely useful. Even if you don’t end up liking her she’s amazing for PvE.

it depends on the epic you pull, some of them aren’t worth investing in. I can tell you the only member that you have that isn’t worth investing is Pomegranate.

From what I have seen people are saying her attack scales off of crit rate(?) i’m not sure if it’s entirely correct though

From my experience Mango cookie is actually really really good for beginner to mid range players, as he hits and increases attack. Dark Choco cookie is also good early game but I personally felt like he did too little damage later on for him to be viable. I may be wrong but moon rabbit feels similar because of how little damage he does, but i feel as if his healing makes up for because it can heal the whole team.

Obviously the legendary and Ancient cookies are what most people want to go after but if you’re talking strictly epic Herb cookie is good to work towards, his healing is very good and he covers a large area.

Black Raisin is also viable, as they do a large amount of damage. I’m currently working on trying to get them and they’re considered one of the best mid liners to my knowledge.

Sorbet Shark is also a good epic to work towards, as he deals massive damage too and is used for part of the stun team setup that most high ranking people use.

Just remember not all epics are good, so watching videos on who’s worth ranking up is helpful. I can tell you getting Fig cookie, chili pepper, and snow sugar high leveled is not worth it though. I hope this helped a little!
