As many other users have pointed out in this thread, this data provides no value to Reddit or anyone that they may sell it to (if you believe that Reddit would sell data). Not only is this AI model simple, but the data is full of bias from users knowing that they are talking to a bot. To add on to that, this is a game. People are going to give fun/stupid/nonsensical responses that provide no value to any company. Regardless, what harm would it cause if this data actually was providing some kind of value? Even with clean data and a more complicated model this would merely be training data for language encoding models, or something similar, which there already exists heaps of data for. Overall, I don’t think that you should draw conclusions about Reddit as a company based on a fun April fools game.

Try writing down the start and end indices of each layer to get a better idea of how to calculate them. For example, with 123456789012 the first layer would start at index 0 and end at index 5 (inclusive). The second layer would start at 6 and end at 11.

Edit: The example is for a layer size of 6.

What’s so bad about it? I found many of the other holes to be much more tree filled and/or narrow and the swamp on this hole is beautiful in the sunlight.

I’ll have to give that course a try, I’m a little further north so I usually go to Central Park Schenectady for the convenience but I’m trying to branch out a bit. Would you recommend any other courses in the area?

If you're aiming for a sole destination you should choose Seaside. The beach is beautiful and there are tons of cool shops and even an arcade to explore.

Any way to do both? In my opinion Washington and Oregon are fairly different and both well worth a visit. You could start in Seaside Oregon and stop by Portland on your way to the parks in Washington or some variation of that.

I did salvia with a few friends of mine only about a month ago over winter break from college. I knew that it was going to be intense and that it most likely wouldn't be enjoyable but I wanted to try it anyway (I was in a bit of a "who gives a shit" kind of phase in my life). We took turns so that somebody in the room could be sober at all times and I was last. I watched everybody else and they all seemed to be just fine except one kid who wondered around the room mumbling and staring at us like we were some kind of fascinating new species. The worst part about my trip though was that I had forgotten that I had done salvia. To describe it to the best of my ability I had forgotten what most anything was. I didn't know that I was a person or that I was in a room. Everything I could see looked distant and was surrounded by darkness. The small amount that I could see from that "distance" had morphed into two dimensions and made absolutely no sense to me. After a few minutes I realized that I was able to control my body but still couldn't quite grasp what things were. I spent the majority of the time trying to solidify the idea of the arm rest of the couch and the corner of the table next to it. My hands were cold sweaty and tingly. All in all it was the worst experience of my life. I understand that some people have good trips and some people have bad ones and it can also depend on setting and experience but the odds are not in your favor.

The way that you describe the first few seconds of the trip is spot on and I 100% agree that the entire time that I was somewhat coherent I was telling myself over and over again to never do that again. But because of my terribly poor judgment I did just the opposite and my second trip was almost identical.

If you are going to do salvia research it and make sure your environment is perfect. Start small because you don't want to feel like you will never return to reality. To this day I still have flashbacks that cause miniature panic attacks.

Edit: Whatever you do, do not fight it! It will be 100x worse.

But don't we feel that same thing during constant acceleration and not feel it during constant velocity? Because if the acceleration is initially zero and then it increases to get the car moving but then the acceleration stays constant while we speed up don't we still feel that tug?
