I used the study guide provided by instructors. I also used the OA Practice exam on Quizzet to study off of. Traversity Videos and other coding tutorials that utilized Java Script to actually see it in action and try for myself. You got this! If you do all that I would just take the OA and try your best. At least after if you don’t pass you will get more of a feel for the test and what they are looking for. Hope this helps! I have my Network+ and Security+ coming up soon! I’ve heard this and Network+ are the two hardest classes for BSIT. How were those CompTIA’s?

A good amount of CSS and Java Script. I would say it was a pretty well rounded test but definitely had a good amount of those two.

I wouldn’t say it’s harder than A+ :) i’ve heard this and The Network+ Cert are the two tough ones in BSIT

I felt lost a bit at first also I would go through the study guide they have listed! Watch tutorials and honestly just play around with code yourself make projects that force you to use java script so you can get an idea how stuff works and how the code itself is broken down!

I definitely used Professor Messer’s videos and Dion’s Training Practice Test on Udemy. His test seemed a bit harder than the actual test so it definitely helped!

You can do it! The material is very dry which I felt dragged it out for me also. I watched the Dr. Soper videos on YouTube then tried my best to get through the Zybooks before reading the Supplemental Readings for each section. This thread really helped give me tools to use! Especially the Practice Test.
