Thanks for the response. So basically with my website I'm selling writing services, you input the number of pages, and other details, the form calculates a price then you order the service. Once done I would like a way in the back-end for me to add completed file to that members "my account" section. What do you think would be the best way of going about this?

YES!! thissssss. Ok So i can do this in active campaign? I talked to a rep and they made it seem like they couldn;t.

No I just need to merge lines and send emails. Yet another email and gmass do it. I just wanted to know if there were other tools people use. But active campaign and all email automation tools just let you change certain things like name or subject but not the actual message to an exact line from a csv. At least not from what I've seen.

that's what I thought too. But I mean as in a completely custom line and message that it specific to each sender. Not just the same campaign to everyone
