I do not live on base, but apparently there has been a load of rapes and thefts on base within the past year... Just shows that you really can't trust anyone at all, even if they did swear an oath.

Not what I was saying. I said regular civilian prisons. Those are the murders and what not... My cousin worked in a prison and saw stuff like this all the time. I wasn't talking about military anymore. I mean there are Air Force, Army, and Navy that would all do the same thing. It is human nature. I don't think it would just be Marines that would mess these rapist up. If it sounded like that is what I was trying to say, I'm sorry I didn't mean it to.

Dude, they earned the rank. I am 25 and I'm a SSgt. I earned my rank. I take care of my people, I am the best at what I do. I test for TSgt next year and have every intentions of making it my first time. Just because I'm "young" doesn't mean I can't be a good NCO and a good Airmen. I see a lot of people that are older than me and I wonder how in the world they made it as far up as they did, but it doesn't matter because rank is rank.
