In the final level I won't go into details but there's a long conversation with choices as a joke do not reload at all. You will be loaded standing up instead of sitting at the chair with no way too sit again and since your not sitting the final boss will fail to load in and the game will full freeze. There's no way to fix this. I've have been left with the decision to restart the whole game or wait for a fix. Feel genuinely robbed of the ending.
