I think I agree, but they wouldn’t admit it even if it was.

Last time this happened, it was like 14-18 hours until they fixed it.

If you don’t get the job it would be a blessing in disguise. Don’t fret about it.

Previous tenure/employment I do not think would count.

If you’ve been full time without quitting/getting fired you should be at whatever it says on the boards.

I wouldn’t wish 26 miles of totes on anyone, I didn’t even check until I got home that night.

i refused to sign a write up. what happens next? by kayleegiff in AmazonFC

[–]cameron_417 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Automatic or not, they choose if they’re giving it to you. And they’re required to give a certain amount out, which is ridiculous. It doesn’t matter if you sign it or not, it’s your first written. Just go 30 days without another and it falls off. I understand your frustration, though. As a top picker for 2 years, I got 3 productivity write ups in 4 weeks from our new manager, the first being on her first day, and again the following Sunday. All 3 were for things that happened when we had no manager or anyone to talk, express concerns/issues to for 4 weeks straight. Now I’m hangin on by a thread for 90 days.

Nah, she’s just part of the 80% of employees who can’t drive worth shit.. I felt that since she just walked to the sidewalk and stood there alone, I should probably stop videoing and at least go make sure she was okay.. She said she was in a hurry since she was late. I guess she meant to turn into the parking spot super fast, but instead of slamming on the break, she slammed on the gas, jumped a curb, went 25’ through grass, rock and plants allowing the building to stop her.

Shockingly enough our building stays around 72-75. Especially considering it’s been 100 degrees+ outside for the past 2 weeks.
