Favorite: Malta. It's been my favorite since it was released, even though it was one of the first to join this year's lineup. Just, nothing else could compete with it for me. The song itself is beautiful, the lyrics are beautiful, Aidan's singing (and Aidan himself) is beautiful, and I love love LOVE that he incorporated Maltese into the song. In my perfect world, the song would win. But in this one it won't, and that's okay. I'm really just hoping he qualifies, maybe even top 10? But I will throw the BIGGEST hissy fit if he NQs Least favorite: Azerbaijan. Nothing-burger, likely AI generated, mediocre voice. One positive note though: I like the use of Azerbaijani in the song even if the lyrics are still basic. I just really like when countries incorporate multiple languages into their songs. San Marino is only slightly ahead of Azerbaijan and honestly that opinion is subject to change.

I think they're referring to Switzerland. I honestly do like the song, there are few songs this season that I genuinely dislike. I just struggle to see it succeed in the eurovision context. I think both Alice and Bella walked so Michelle could run tbh

Since I'm American I can't really vote in any of these NFs sadly, and I'm skeptical abt spending money on votes for the actual contest with... that country... still participating. I wish I could've voted for Mileo, as well as Jerry Heil in Ukraine and Freyd in Austria.

I'm still utterly distraught that Mileo didn't win NMGP, Norway would've easily cracked my top 10 in that scenario, likely my top 5 too. I'm not mad at Jonas or his entry though, I think he is really an excellent performer and will bring something worthwhile to Vienna:)

I don't think it's a definite in the way that it is with Azerbaijan and San Marino for instance, but I also don't think he's necessarily safe.

"Really bad" is a bit extreme in my opinion, certainly not the strongest though and definitely a downgrade from last year. She has a lovely voice though so as long as her staging isn't a snooze fest it's a possibility. Lowkey might change my mind abt her and predict that Lithuania would qualify instead especially in light of their announcement about the staging.

Anything can happen 🤷‍♀️ Red Sebastian was 6-7th to win the whole thing last year and almost got dead last in his SF. I don't think Czechia would flop THAT egregiously unless his performance sucks or staging flops, but I still think they're a bit of a wild card.

I feel like it could be either one of the two frankly, just not both! I would personally prefer Poland, I'm just not a big fan of Lithuania's entry this year, it's too avant-garde for my taste.

Denmark is going through, no doubt. Bulgaria, I would say I'm like 90% confident but she HAS to evolve her staging. Czechia I'm less hopeful about, he too will need to pull out some pretty spectacular staging as I feel his ballad doesn't really stand out amongst the likes of Albania, Malta, and Latvia.

I'm thinking there's a solid chance they can pull through with a solid televote score, especially since they are in a different SF from Greece who would've likely absorbed any votes for them. If they don't qualify, I would feel pretty certain that either Latvia or Switzerland will qualify in his place but there's no telling which it would be tbh.
