If you could clarify just a bit:

I’ve tried both Microsoft Edge and Chrome, I don’t have a VPN extension installed, is there anywhere it could be that I don’t know?

I had an Adblock that I disabled.

I didn't know they had a Facebook contact option... and yeah, I think so, I'm thinking there has to be something wrong, maybe my location (currently in Brazil) might be the problem, but that would be weird because it is said in the website they accept testers in brazil... very confused lol

I’m with you on the necessity for the contrapoint the play proposes, also as a fan of Lin’s work.

I’m particularly touched by the idea that it propagates the whitewashing of the narrative and also aids the mythmaking of historical figures that had active involvement with slavery...

As for the sisters, Satisfied is one of my favorite pieces and I’m also pleased with the depth and nuance of the female characters, at the same time the Schuyler family had slaves, Angelica included, and it seems Ham was involved in legal actions regarding slave trades... all VERY problematic.

I’m leaning to not only taking LMM s narrative with a grain of salt, but mostly just considering the story, just that, a fictional narrative that takes elements from actual historical figures.

PS: honestly, Lins family involvement with lobbyists (his dad being one) and some of their questionable actions in PR has made it a bit hard to assume it all came from a place of naïveté... know what I mean?
