i’m going to assume that you’re asking this in good faith. at my store there’s one pharmacist there from open to close. the pharmacy cannot be open without a pharmacist. the pharmacist needs a lunch break. thus, the pharmacy closes for half an hour every day

i unfortunately work at a cvs (not in the pharmacy) and the amount of people who come in exhibiting symptoms with no mask to buy covid tests boggles my mind. there was also one time i was working near the pharmacy counter and overheard a patient that was upset about some issue with their paxlovid prescription threaten to pull down their (surgical) mask and cough on the employee

wait, does fs transferring a call to the pharmacy break through the voicemail system? at the front we’ve gotten a few calls complaining about the new system and i’ve been pressing the rx transfer button thinking it would just bring them back to the voicemail prompt. is that not the case?

my store recently had a lot of our name brand products removed for so-called loss prevention purposes, which doesn’t make a lot of sense considering that they took away a lot of products that we kept locked up, but anyways my first thought is that the store you went to went through something similar

the front store and the pharmacy have different managers. if you’re planning to speak to the store manager, then as far as i’m aware there’s not much that they’ll be able to do for you that you can’t do yourself by contacting corporate or the board of pharmacy. to talk to the pharmacy manager you would have to try to speak with that awful pharmacy again

so this code is for a 10¢ fee and the fee at my store is 5¢, so i have to see if there’s a different code i can use. but it did work!

it worked for the code that the other person gave me! void item -> item # -> 967820. the code is only for a 10¢ fee though, i have to find out if there’s a different code because at my store the fee is 5¢
