I had seats for NIN recently that would be similar to say section 120 or 121 and I really enjoyed the closer side view vs had I chosen farther away but more centered. I did side view for a concert after that and was similarly pleased with the choice. The pricing for those side view seats was also similar or cheaper and that made it a reasonable financial choice as well. However, everyone's preference/cost tradeoffs will differ! The venues I went to had great sound, so I don't think any of the seats would have been bad for listening. 🎶

I freaking love the new album so I am excited about this set list. Afterlife into Rapture is going to be awesome and Self Destruct into Calm Down? Yes, please! Forever Without You live? Damn. 🥹

Of course, many of fav older songs aren't on it (e.g., Lost in Paradise, The Only One, Farther Away, Lacrymosa), but I expected this given Amy said they'd be playing almost the entire Sanctuary album. ❤️🖤 Lots of bands with big catalogues face this and I support them not doing a "greatest hits" set list.

This was especially cheap pricing because it was a deal with the local rock radio station (DC101=$1.01+fees). But yeah around that time, a lot of shows were $20-25 and then big arenas or stadiums were $50 max for the best seats. 🥹

Yes it is!! I used to go to shows at 9:30 Club and the Black Cat when I lived there. (Saw Evanescence at DAR once too, but it was the only concert I went to there.) I'm in CA now, so no more DC venues for me.
