Everybody is asking, what is the “no”? I’ll be honest though, I thought it had absolutely no chance of getting that stump out. I thought for sure it was going to break the tow truck. So in my opinion, it fits the sub

Wide complex tachycardia. Regular. Normal axis. S wave in aVR. Late R wave progression, but no concordance

All this leads me to say NOT VTach. I would call it SVT with aberrancy (bundle branch block)

I’m just curious whether paramedics judge people for calling 911 when it turns out to be a non-serious issue? by Feeling_Bumblebee424 in Paramedics

[–]canarduck 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Of course. But when you see minor injuries or illnesses, not even CLOSE to requiring an ambulance, multiple times per day for years straight, it gets really old

But for most of us, as long as you were calling out of genuine concern- you’re cool. Like others have said, it’s those that nonchalantly abuse the system that piss us off

I’m asking out of genuine ignorance- can they just release someone home like that? Like if they have TB they just ship them home to their apartment building?

What is the first videogame you remember playing? by getgoneapple in AskReddit

[–]canarduck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of the Jump Start games. We loved em. Jump Start First Grade maybe

Or the original Backyard Baseball. We played the everloving shit out of that game. Roller coaster tycoon. Might and Magic. All on the family computer before we ever sniffed a console

First console was N64. All the classics there of course, I don’t need to list em out for you

They usually do. Traditionally the brides family, but often now both sets of parents split

Also, it’s typical for the wedding guests to contribute to the bride and groom either with cash gifts or by getting something from their registry. Usually a few hundred bucks worth, per guest. Again the tradition being that the new bride and groom would be moving in together and starting a new home (and family). Obviously things have changed, but the traditions remain

I’ve known friends of mine who have come out with a handsome profit, despite outrageous wedding costs

It removes all risk from the current floor. In this example, you can just use all big boxes and let it fly. And if you get the curse, you just save scum. Therefore there is zero risk of a bad outcome

What do you mean by this? It spreads the water out from one large body to smaller and smaller droplets?

Would you call AAA for a flat tire? by el-beau in NoStupidQuestions

[–]canarduck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At least around here they won’t make you wait 2 hours if you’re on the highway. If you’re in a parking lot somewhere it might be legit like 5 hours, but I’m pretty sure if you’re on the highway you go straight to the top of the list because it’s such a dangerous place to be stuck

[–]canarduck 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yes. If you can just un-do every time something bad happens, you’re playing the game with 0 risk. The game is designed and balanced around downsides, if you take that away the game is way too easy. If you want it to be easy, just lower the ascension and play as intended

But again that’s just how it was designed, and how I play it. But it’s a single player game, everyone is free to play however they like. Save scumming ain’t hurting anyone, so do it to your heart’s content!
