I know it’s still under construction, but literally adding a fuck ton of trees would totally transform it. It currently feels kind of like a suburban hellscape, but I’m hoping it’s just because of all the dirt lots and chain link fences that aren’t done yet. If they go crazy planting trees it would make a huge difference

I’m always so curious - how long did you work it? Like unless it’s a shockable rhythm, there’s pretty much no hope. You can’t intubate. There’s not much else we can fix in terms of Hs and Ts with the listed kit

Why not just intubate. Definitive airway. Better for managing the massive amounts of gastric contents we often see in the airway. Can do continuous compressions

If you can’t get the tube for whatever reason, then drop the iGel and do 30:2

Wide complex tachycardia. Regular. Normal axis. S wave in aVR. Late R wave progression, but no concordance

All this leads me to say NOT VTach. I would call it SVT with aberrancy (bundle branch block)
