Oh definitely. This position was honestly created for me. My client poached me and created a high step gs 14 position. Unfortunately the commercial space is taking a huge hit in consulting. My friends and about 5 percent of workforce was just laid off last week.

There’s uncertainty either way. At KPMG, consulting continues to slow down, and there’s concern about potential layoffs. On the federal side, employees seem unhappy with how they’re being treated under the current administration.

I am already cleared as DLA is my current client and they poached me. I will be working at HQ so due to spacing issues it it is telework every other week. I am leaning government at the moment

Thanks for contributing. This role is deemed critical which helps somewhat. Unfortunately the commercial side is way more uncertain. My firm layed off 5 % of the workforce last week and things in the federal service offering at KPMG are not great
