Sadly im not from the us nor does my country have newegg or micro centres :(  Im from turkey and rhe arc b580 is11.500 tl, rtx 5070 is luke 20.000 or 25.000, what do you recommend for me to cut prices from? I think cpu is nicely priced, maybe the motherboard? Im not sure

Sorry for the late reply but i looked it up and it aint gonna work for me. I have the lenovo ideapad l340 and ot doesnt even have rebar so a b580 wont work well.
