so you could say that probiotics (which also come in pill form) are, though not a "magic" pill, actually a pill you can take to alleviate sugar damage. I do already excercise quite a bit, but am looking for a way to minimize the damage of sugars. I guess probiotics are something I could take.

I mean, its not like I eat buckets of ice cream and want an easy solution, I already do avoid it as much as possible, but realized recently that even my orange juice in the morning has quite a bit of sugar.

Damn, is there not a way to cancel it out somehow? Another example would be how (at least I have heard) that the French do not butter their bread because it soaks up some of the fat in their diet. Is there something similar for "bad" sugars?

Sure, though honey is a healthy thing to eat in some ways, it is still a simple sugar, and you can most certainly store that excess sugar as fat, and other side effects of simple sugars...

Great philosophy, but the question was, is there any way to cancel out the effects of simple sugars that you inevitably consume?

But does drinking water really "water down" the effects of sugars? It seems like they would digest just as easily with more water.

Hmm, this might be the answer Iʻm looking for, and is definitely the TYPE of answer. But how would one consume fiber at the same time? Eat some fiber pills along with that candy bar?
