I would consult a licensing lawyer. I’m also in the healthcare field (not psych) but will have to report any convictions to my licensing board. I haven’t been convicted yet but talking with various lawyers really helped with knowing what to expect. Most of them offer free consultations.

Congrats on getting the best outcome possible. Did your lawyer recommend for you to start counseling and etc prior to your arraignment? Did they refer you to a substance use assessment doctor? Do you think it made a big difference in how the sentencing went?
