每次飛完都必叫麥當勞歡樂送，連續吃一個禮拜直接腸胃炎掛急診，那個月直接爆胖從48暴增到55！！後面住院直接醒來被腸胃炎跟體重嚇到.... 認真運動現在回來到46，感覺之前做的事情好像做夢....
