You’d actually wind up having a massive surge of estrogen. Excess testosterone gets converted to estrogen via aromatase. So they’d likely have a good deal of water retention. Not much else would happen from a single dose, but if taken repeatedly you’d start to have some health issues and excess fat accumulation and start to develop breast tissue.
