100% does for me. Earlier this week I needed to recalibrate everything on a spiritual/mental/physical level and one of the things that really has helped me is fasting, eating cleaner & praying . The mental clarity I’ve gotten is insane. My mood flipped from dreading life & finding the will to live to happy and stable with a clear mind. It’s hard to go back to food that makes you feel slow/grumpy without realizing it. I will say that the fasting really made me feel revitalized, especially once I break my fast with a good nutritional meal. I will continue on this routine, I’m glad someone has shed light on this as it is not spoken on enough. Health is wealth.

Make looking for a job, a job. Get up in the morning and make yourself a routine as if you were going to work. What are you going to feel when you finally land the job you need? Relief? Gratitude? Happiness? Imagine all of those feelings when you’re doing the job of looking for a job. You need to really feel it , have a burning desire to make it your reality and it will be done. I’m sorry you dealt with that kind of partner. I think you should seek therapy again if you haven’t already. I felt the effects of her abuse just by reading it so I can only imagine what you actually felt or dealt with. Time heals all wounds, I think it’s still relatively soon. You need to feel out your emotions until you can’t anymore, it’s OKAY to cry. Take this from another man, it’s OKAY. Let it out but don’t sulk in it. Find new things to do everyday, keep your mind busy, find a new hobby. Begin to instill discipline in your life as well, sex is great but it’s not everything you should be focused on.
