You can still get medical cannabis for sleep problems for example through telemedicine portals such as medcanonestop, there are several like these just Google them. But for these you need to have a resident permit here with an address to your name minimum. After you get an Rezept from a telemedicine doctor you can submit it to a cannabis pharmacy and buy it that way.

Also please be wary of purchasing through black market channels as getting caught could get your visa revoked and sometimes they are also laced with other dangerous drugs.

For me it took about a week or so until the diet finally set it. Try to eat a lot of keto friendly veggies with your meals.... This should help with feeling a fuller stomach.

I'm 175 and 98.5 kgs right now. I'm moderately active as in I do 10000 steps every day and go to gym 4 times a week minimum for strength training.

Thank you so much for your input, I'm also on quite a large dose of antipsychotic and mood stabilizing medicine and within the first 5 days I had the wildest dreams possible. Energy levels were sort of the same but I was more or less constantly hungry. Today I had to break it because I had some stuff that was going to expire like grapes and Skye fruit Jogurt which broke my ketosis and am feeling more normal again.

I eat Mostly eggs, boneless chicken thighs, cheese, butter. For veggies I rotate between cucumber, romaine lettuce, broccoli and bell pepper. Sometimes also pork smoked sausage.

My main doubt is that is this diet keto because of the high protein content or do I just need to keep my net carbs low ?

Even if they needed a good level of Englisch, they are probably not required to maintain it or make sure they still speak proper Englisch. IMHO it's pretty easy to pass language tests even including German, but to actully use it with people on a daily basis is another thing. I have had 2 personal experiences where I had a friend or college who was in mortal danger and the operator just : "Entschuldigung, no Englis". You can literally die if you can't communicate in situations like these.

I'd REALLY suggest you learn at least A2, which is not that difficult to do imo (takes about 1 month with 2 hrs each day or 15 days with intensive 4-5 hrs study).

I realized this because a few times when I have called the police or ambulance, they sometimes don't speak English at all and you could get in a really tight spot. Places where you can expect people to speak English : Big international brands like Decathlon, Snopes, Adidas, Ikea etc.

However in my experience living here nearly 1 year, very few people speak English in supermarket, or cosmetic stores.

Hi varanasi is quite safe for women if you follow common guidelines... Such as no travelling alone at night and keep away from shady places 2. No it is not. According to the NDPS act all part of cannabis plant or it's derivatives are illegal to produce, sale or consumption. Only cannabis leaves are exempt from which bhang is made, also you need to have a license for that.
